At ALV Jewels, we want you to love your shine, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and original-condition jewelry. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original ALV Jewels packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
